STRENNUS N2 is a Flexible, Removable and Reusable Insulated Jacket fabricated with High
Temperature resistant impermeable cloth with high performance inorganic insulation
fabricated and tailor-made to required shapes and insulation performance.
STRENNUS N2 Covers are designed and Unlike most removable insulation jackets, will fit perfect because they are sewn in the actual shape of the equipment, Covers will be designed using basic engineering and applied irrespective of how big or small the requirement. Every client and requirement will be studied and a perfect system would be suggested.

range of fabrics and Insulation offering protection From – 50 °C to above 1000°C. Covers can
be embedded with Mineral wool, Aerogel, Needle Glass matts , Ceramic Fiber and Closed
cell Polyurethane Foam . The Choice is all yours and our team will design and Supply required
at absolute no time .
Added Fire Safety
Strennus N2 is designed with high temperature cloth which can sustain up to 650°C (Grade 650) or 1000°C (Grade 1000). These covers are ideal application for fittings in Hydrocarbon and Oil Lines where leakages when happen suddenly are not traceable if conventional Insulation boxing is used . Strennus N2 are specially designed for these application . Leakages are easily arrested and probability of fire is almost nullified .
Ease in Installation
Easy to install with Velcro fastenings , straps and D rings individually tailored to ensure A perfect fitting suitable for both internal and external in all types of industries and environments .
Application Use and Grades
Valve, Flanges, Exchanger Flanges, Irregular Shapes Turbines/Moulds, Hot Exhaust ducts and
bunching of small bore pipes.
